Week 9 – MKMMA – Affirmations

I love the lessons from week 9 Master Key readings.

In this Part you may learn to fashion the tools by which you may build for yourself any condition you desire.   Who in their right mind would not want to know about this stuff.  So naturally one eagerly reads on to find out some more stimulating information – the next part of the wonderful story.

Suppose, then, we desire to change conditions, how are we to bring this about? The reply is simple: By the law of growth.  Change and growth are good for the soul.

On Monday night coming, I have put myself forward to chair a meeting where I proposed, and it was accepted, that the theme for the meeting will be Affirmations.

By chairing the meeting, I have the opportunity to explain the benefits to be gained by incorporating affirmations into your life.

Simply because I use affirmations (and my effectiveness in using them is improving all the time) doesn’t mean that everybody uses them, uses them correctly, or have even heard of them!

I’m looking forward to getting together with the group on Monday to encourage them to conclude that if practiced correctly, affirmations are awesome!

MKMMA is fueling me with courage to the extent I feel I want to take the knowledge and experience I had prior to MKMMA, marry it with knowledge I’ve gained whilst undertaking the course and share it with others.  Would I have put my hand up for the same role on Monday coming prior to MKMAA? I can’t really answer that question, and It doesn’t need and answer, cause I’m doing it!!

I read a blog tonight by Glenn Giese – masterkeyglenng– “Practice practice practice, chip, chip, chip – Starting to see Gold”.  Loved it!

As written by masterkeyjanloellis “Looking forward to another week of learning, growing and re-programming.

Have an excellent week.

Week 8 – MKMMA – 7 Day Mental Diet

This week has flown and it hasn’t all been easy sailing.

My PPN’s are True Health and Legacy.

I’ve had little or no motivation for my physical activity over the past little while.  This is not normal for me as I love being physically active, have a regular fitness practice etc etc etc.  When I’m not active, my mind can somtimes slip and slide allowing my beautiful and evolving blueprint to become susceptible to outside influences.  It’s an even more challenging  time when my biorhythms are out of whack.

This week has been particularly difficult for me, so I thought I’d check my personal biorhythm chart for +/-30 days and was relieved to see I am not really going crazy.  It’s just that my biorythms are out of balance and playing havoc.  I’ll blame them (my biorythms) for sending me back to the beginning of my mental diet regularly this week.

The word biorhythm is a compound of two Greek words, bios and rhythmos, which mean life and a constant or periodic beat. The theory of biorhythms defines and measures three basic and important life cycles in man and woman: the physical, emotional, and intellectual.

For those who are interested, my Biorythm Chart + / – 30 days
NB: Emotional, Intuition, Wisdom

Classic cycles – 2015 – 11 – 22

Classic cycles

Physical 94%
Emotional -62%
Intellectual 69%
Overall 34%

Additional cycles – 2015 – 11 – 22

Additional cycles

Spiritual 74%
Awareness 99%
Aesthetic 36%
Intuition -61%

Secondary (combined) cycles – 2015 – 11 – 22

Secondary (combined) cycles

Passion 16%
Wisdom 3%
Mastery 82%

The scores of personal attributes normally at my disposal, helping me create and manage what is usually a wonderful life eg:, my emotional state, my Intuition – which is normally great, and any wisdom I have gained on my journey thus far, are really a bit sad. Could it be something about an old blueprint lurking around?

Thankfully I know the above results are only temporary and before I know it, I’ll be back into my fitness routine. There is nothing too sinister going on – it’s just the bodys natural cycle. Sometimes we have high energy, other times we have low energy. Suck it up!

In the meantime and until I regain my balance, I am reading GS, my movie trailer, the BPB, my DMP as well as my Press Release and it’s amazing how by simply reading over the hand written notes, the relief I obtain from the mental monkey scampering around between my ears at this time.  Magical!

I’m grateful for the last 8 weeks and I always keep my promises.

Biorhythms – True or False?
Whether my biorhrythms are responsible for this past week or not,  I hope you’ve enjoyed this weeks blog.

Have a great week.

Week 7 – MKMMA – 7 Day Mental Diet

I’ve loved reading part 7.

There were so many aspects of Part Seven that I looked forward to reading each.   A point that hit home for me was in 4:
“Work is necessary – labor, hard mental labor, the kind of effort which so few are willing to put forth”.

I’m doing my best. With practice and repetition, my best must only get better.

The  7 Day Mental Diet has been a challenge.  Among the people who know that I’ve undertaken this challenge, it’s a bit of fun.  When we catch someone providing an opinion we say to each other “no opinions ” thankyou.  How very civilised. Also, we now pick out what is an opinion, an observation or simply ramblings.  Same goes for negatives – “nothing negative going on here today”!  Whoo hoo!

The good hearted banter keeps up the positive energy.

Have a great week.

Week 5 – MKMMA – Opinions

I promise to have no opinions this week. Easier said than done.

I have had opinions this week, and I had to remind myself that I promised not to have opinions this week.

When I found myself about to offer an opinion during a conversation, “Oops – I’m sorry, I’m not having opinions this week”.  When asked why I wasn’t having opinions, I simply told them. It’s part of my MKMMA.  You really should try it sometime!

I am a non-judgemental observer.

It really takes the stress out of life!

Have a great week.
